MEDICINE HAT

It was time for a break.  We had planned on a 2 day stop at Medicine Hat, Alberta but we stayed 4 days.  With the heat we have had, we haven't been getting much sleep.  As it turned out, this evening the weather seems to have changed.  Cooler for sure and breezy.

We stayed at Gas City RV park.  A beautiful park with every amenity you could think of.  Pricey but we stayed in the dry-camping area for $30.00 a night.  Free Wi Fi with no limits was nice to watch Netflix.

Magpies are quite a bit larger on the prairies than in British Columbia and they seem to be friends with the crows.

Doug had an interesting walk yesterday.  Came across this dog chasing a coyote and then the coyote would chase the dog.  The owner said this happens fairly regularly.

On the same walk Doug saw Saskatoon berries, something we don't see many of in B. C.

Doug had planned on changing our washer/dryer ready closet into a pantry himself but we found a great wire unit at Home Depot.  It's perfect.  All my stuff in one easy-to-see place.

We push on tomorrow for Regina and an overnight stop before we reach Neepawa, Manitoba and a 10 day stop to visit with our daughter Charlette and her family.

Our washer and dryer closet is in our bedroom. Paul changed it so that I would have lots of shelves for my clothes. Good job Doug

Good job on the Pantry Shelves. If there is more space above the top shelf you could double up even higher. Keeping the larger containers on the bottom shelves will prevent major clean ups in case of leaks.
Be Safe and Enjoy!

It's about time.

Our washer/dryer cabinet is now Jim's closet. Hope the cooler weather sticks around for a few days.
