CASA GRANDE - A Challenge

Back in December when we were in the SKP park in Casa Grande, I volunteered to head of the food committee for the February Follies. The time has come.

Lucky us - we wanted to be close to the clubhouse.  We got Lot 25 and the clubhouse is in our backyard.
The numbers have risen.  We were going to be providing two breakfasts and two dinners for 80 people.  We are now up to 100 people.  We have shopped.  We have 50 lbs of chicken wings, 50 lbs of potatoes, hashed browns, apples for apple crisp, coleslaw etc. etc.  We are having a chilli cook-off with sixteen competitors.  Doug and I are very organized and up for the

                    CHALLENGE

We have lots of help and hope that all will be fun.

You are cooking for others to eat; of course you will have fun! It's the helpers I worry about. :)

WOW...your header is awesome!

They couldn't have picked a better two to organize any event. Good luck. Hope the number doesn't change before the big events.

Sounds like you will be having a great time. I did some very large catering jobs when I had my restaurant, and is always satisfying when things work out as planned.
Have fun.
