Today and Tomorrow and then GONE

We have been busy.  Busy getting ready to go on Monday.

Doug has been making changes.  Changes to the truck:  a battery charger so that we can plug in our "devices" on the road and reconfiguring the boxes on our truck to make for a new generator. We are going to have solar installed but probably not until we get to Arizona.

We had a leak in under the bathroom sink which was disintegrating the press board under the arborite.  To hell with that, we replaced the whole thing.

So much nicer.

Last night we went out to dinner with our dear friends Sreedevi and Anil.  Went to Pasta Polo, a favourite of ours.

Sorry no pictures of food but let me tell you, it's the best pasta ever.  We have been going there for over 10 years and the food and the service are consistently excellent.

Today I am at McDonald's once again using their WiFi.  We are having a dinner for family and friends tomorrow at the rig.  I am going to shock everyone and use some preprepared food.  Still will be homemade potato salad and cake but I don't want to wear myself out.  Both of us are just starting to feel human again.  We have to be ready for the big day.

I must have misread your blog. I think it said something about prepared food. That could become habit forming.

Paul looks at the job. If it is easier to replace, that is what he does. Looks good.

Safe travels come Monday.

Yes, I'm shocked by prepared food in your kitchen but taking care of yourself is very important. We don't want any setbacks in your health. So prepared food it is and rightly so.
