WHERE ARE WE NOW? Tucson

First of all,  I am going to complain.  We are allowed you know.  Moderation in everything and heat is one of them.  It is presently just shy of 100* outside our rig.  We aren't there.  We are at McDonald's in the wonderfully cool air-conditioning.  We see other people had the same idea.  As long as our batteries last we will stay here.

So here is where we are.

Doug took this early this morning from the bluff behind the rig.  South Tucson in the distance.
We are boondocking off Ajo Highway (the route to Mexico) for free.  As long as we manage our water and power, we will be here for two weeks.

This was our first sunset.  Wow, eh?

We have to do any chores first thing in the morning.  One shower a day is all the water we can afford to use.

Stay tuned.

Tell me again why we were in such a hurry to get to Arizona? I forgot. Sure glad I have two fans but wish I was plugged in so could run my A/C.

Don't want to hear it. It's currently 22 degrees here in Kansas. It 4:30 and we have to leave for work soon.

It only got to 90 here yesterday. Today we have wind and it's going to cool off. Hopefully also down your way. Beautiful sunset. I sure do love these AZ sunsets.

Gorgeous photos!!! I'm thinking with that heat we probably need to slow down our movement south.
