Good Bye to Neepawa

In our quest to find things to do in Neepawa, we were pleased to discover that the men's senior baseball playoffs were held in Neepawa.  So, Take Me Out to the Ballgame!

Pilot Mound to bat, Neepawa in the field

Batter Up!

James doesn't really scowl all the time.
Our favourite picture of the night and the scoreboard shows the score at the end of the evening.

Is she bored or lonely?
Last night was our last night.  We had the family over for a simple BBQ.  Grandson William is a vegetarian.  So it was fish burgers and turkey burgers.  Manitoba is well known for its mosquitoes.  This year is the exception.  We were actually able to sit outside.

A great picture of daughter Charlette
This morning we traveled just a little ways to Brandon.  Tomorrow we start our journey to Ontario.  The wide vast province.  It's bigger than Texas.

Bigger than Texas?! I sure hope it's more interesting than driving through West Texas. :)
