Magnificent Magnolia |
There are several ponds on the property and the ducks choose their pond. It seems the size of the pond determines the number of ducks that choose to call it home. There are only two on the little pond beside the rig.
And so we begin our last week here at the coast. We have such mixed emotions about leaving.
Of course, we will miss the children. We have had Graeme over several times. We have visited Jason a couple of times and tomorrow we are having another family gathering at Niki's.
We will not miss the rat race. The traffic is always bustling about, racing to get the the light seconds before you do. We have seen as many accidents in the month we have been here as we had in the whole six months we were away.
And we go to our park with hope but trepidation. Most of the staff is in place. We have been making prioritized lists of what to do before we open. We know where we stand with our bosses and with their ideas for improvements and ours, we think things will be great....
We have a busy week ahead of us. Our doctor has been away so we had to wait until this week. We have 3 lunches and 2 dinners arranged with friends and family. I have been using my calendar app on my phone quite a lot.

I have some catching up to do to see where you're headed to and from. Pictures are beautiful. Wherever...have a wonderful time.
I like your hair in that photo. Very pretty.
Let this be the best season ever!

Busy, busy, busy...when do you two ever relax?
I get tired of all the people and all the traffic too. I'm ready to get away but we have almost 2 weeks left before we get back on the road.
