SUTHERLIN - Out and About

Not a lot to say today but I have pictures.

These gems were taken around the SKP park.  I may have called it something else before.  It is called Timber Valley.  There are 206 sites here.  Great laundry too.

Deer all comfortable in the park

Look what we found.  Our first covered bridge.

A local guy

Strange coloured cows

Tomorrow we start a dash to warm weather.  It's been beautiful in the afternoon but foggy and chilly in the morning.  We will "Walmart" it to Reno, do a casino for a couple of nights and then on to the SKP park at Pahrump.

The trees look so lovely in that area.

Safe travels.

I'm always excited when we see covered bridges too. They make great pictures because it's a rare sighting.

I love having deer in the park. And a covered bridge - wow. Those are so cool. Good luck on your journey down.

How do you know that was a local guy? Could have been an import. We have lots of those this time of year. :)
