We are now in Florence, Oregon.  Before full-timing we spent at least once a year here, tent-camping.  We are familiar with the area and enjoy it.

We are boondocking at Three Rivers Casino.  It's a beautiful facility and we keep asking ourselves - "All this for free?"  RV's are allowed to stay 7 nights.  We think we will.

The casino itself is much smaller than the one in Lincoln City.  The buffet is just $7.99 for dinner for seniors (55+).  Registering with the casino gets you $10.00 playing money which you can then renew on your second day as well.  We haven't made much but we have paid for our buffet and played several times.

Jeri and Terry are staying at the Elks in town but we get together daily.  Jeri's winning much more than we are but won't share her secrets. ;)

In the foreground, our truck and rig.   See the kayaks on the roof of the Jeep in the parking lot, that's the Williams.  Easy to spot.

It would be remiss of me if I did not share some more of Doug's photographs.  These we taken yesterday on our way down the coast from Lincoln City.

There's a story here.   Hmm

I think Jeri took lessons from Janice about winning. Whatever it is, I don't have it. But if you're winning enough to pay for dinner that's great. Wonderful pictures of the coast. So beautiful.

HAHA. I have no secrets. Sometimes I luck out. Sometimes I don't. Today I didn't.

Hey Toni, I know where you, or Doug, took each of those pictures. You are in a beautiful part of the Oregon Coast. An area I love to visit.

We loved that area. We parked at the same Elks and met Jeri and Terry there for dinner one night.

Your photos bring back a ton of wonderful memories. Thanks

We stayed there while traveling the coast in September. We were going to boondock for the night but within 15 minutes of arriving we hit a nice big jackpot so we took our winnings and moved on.
